A wide brimmed 50 mph capable hat is a first in the industry. Other hats just flop around when the wind picks up. Also provided is a comfortable mask that cuts out the wind and UV; just like the hat. Lab tested. An adjustable internal headband also serves as an air circulation ring. This is a very novel approach because air and wind actually flow into the hat thereby removing trapped heat.

This neat looking hat: reflects rather than absorbs heat, keeps your glasses and your neck totally dry in the rain and won’t sag easily in a snowstorm. The underside is lined with a green faux suede.
It’s unsinkable and even has a multiple internal fly holder for a fly fisherman.

The reason for all these features is because the hat is made from a patented high grade polymer called Pro-Trim. Depending on the wind velocity you have several options varying from a rawhide cinch strap to a swing down Velcro around the chin to a combination of both. Also, the wind mask can be worn snuggly for high speed or loosely for hot windless days.

Pro-Trim Material is made from a patented, cold bendable vinyl typically used for construction. Unlike canvas, Pro-Trim cleans up easily. Heat penetration is virtually non-existent on white. Fab shop installation with ordinary hand tools minimizes costly labor. Thus, a substantial savings is experienced by the fab shop.

Various trim edgings are available. Grommetable. Economical overall cost is less than canvas.

This product is an excellent replacement for boat canvas. Unlike canvas Pro-Trim repels heat; permitting tops to be very close overhead. This closeness gives total overhead sun protection.

Pro-Trim is very durable. Canvas shops are finding this material enjoyable to work with. It grommets easily and is substantially stronger than canvas.

Pro-Trim Bimini Material is bird proof and waterproof. It will remain new looking after many washings. Any detergent or vinyl cleaner will work. Oh, yes, it’s also 100% UV stabilized.
